The end goal of the project is to provide packs for all four seasons, giving the full range of real life seasons in the Lord of the Rings Mod, from fall color to snowy winters to spring flowers. The next step for the pack is its beta 1 release, which will include all block textures both found and crafted in The Shire, so as to allow a complete experience for anyone who remains within The Shire. The pack will not provide a seamless experience yet, but can still be enjoyed, and already includes over 550 total textures, and all vanilla blocks. Currently, the resource pack is only being developed at a 32x resolution, and is in mid alpha. This Resource pack aims to bring the LotR mod to a higher level of detail, by increasing the resolution of and expanding on all vanilla and LotR mod blocks, though it will eventually include textures for items and mobs.
